We are looking for the best experienced managers to assist in the operations at an Iconic Sydney venue located in the heart of the city. An individual who recognises the strategic importance of the location and the rewards, both personal & professional.

Assistant Manager
General Manager
Restaurant Manager
Venue Manager
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Operations Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 years previous management experience and strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy venue
  • A drive and passion to be recognised as the best venue operator in a tightly controlled market.
  • A hands on approach to management
  • A friendly, self motivated personality with excellent people skills
  • A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment

The following attributes are also considered desirable:

  • A demonstrated understanding of industry related technology systems
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills
  • Proficiency in current F&B trends.
